Twiceme is a Swedish safety technology embedded in sports and professional equipment. Together with Samsen, we set out to redefine the Twiceme App as part of a broader connected safety ecosystem — linking users, gear, and organizations through a unified experience that also includes a Safety Management Portal for oversight and data-driven safety insights.

We took a bottom-up approach, starting from real user needs to redefine how the Twiceme app could create value beyond a single device. The challenge was to design an experience that feels intuitive and engaging for end users, while also connecting seamlessly to the Safety Management Portal (SMP) — the backbone that gathers data from the app and gear to power a smarter, insight-driven safety ecosystem.

We designed a unified app experience that adapts to both sports and professional users — from solo athletes to team environments. The Twiceme App became the personal safety hub, bringing together medical ID, equipment checks and other safety features in one clear, engaging interface that builds everyday safety habits and trust for Sports and Professional users.
