In 2025, I redesigned Heyflow’s Home, Onboarding, and Pricing experiences, helping them adopt them to a new design system in the process. My role involved collaborating closely with the team to refresh their outdated interfaces, enhancing both the visual appeal and the overall user experience.
I helped the team in launching their new pricing model, ensuring we crafted a solution that effectively conveys the benefits of a flexible approach that evolves with the organization's growth and changing needs.
The redesigned pricing experience led to a 2% increase in conversion rate and a 7% boost in MRR retention.
