Hava is a new product developed by Diet Doctor - a nr 1 keto platform in the US - with a mission to reimagine guidance to healthy eating and nutritional science, called satiety eating.
My role was to facilitate and establish that transition and lead the entire design development, which included setting the design strategy, utilizing the AI technology and a design system creation, as well as working arm-in-arm with the team to deliver both visual and functional excellence.
2 months after the app launch Hava reached organically 3000+ paying members, app stickiness at 40%, 17k+ social media followers, and 18k+ email subscribers.
