
Bringing Klarna to new markets
Matteo was leading the design in a team of 12, working on parts of the app and on tools used by marketing teams on a daily basis. All projects aimed at increasing monthly active users or smoothing pain points out of customers experience.
Following the CMO orders, Matteo's team worked to build a cohesive company-wide design language for numerous marketing products. The results was various tools for marketing teams to design, test and export their campaigns, and multiple Figma templates for marketing designers.
Matteo's team work reduced marketing teams' time needed to build campaigns by an avg. of 21%, and decreased the tool's code weight by 30%.
